Visiting Upper Antelope Canyon on Navajo Nation boundary did not require any climbing as opposed to Lower Antelope canyon. It was on ground level, but don’t be deceived by the plain appearance of the canyon from the outside. Once we were led into the canyon by our Navajo guide, there were no words to describe the beauty of this place. The natural rock patterns, curves and sunlight coming through the top crevices made this place magical. This slot canyon was a geometrical splendor, preserving the footprints of wind and water.
