OnTheBrink app was built by Jenny S.W. Lee to expand on the depth of one of her abstract paintings, “On The Brink”, by using augmented reality features. The app serves as a way to entertain her audience and provide them with an additional perspective into her art through storytelling and digital means. Since the artwork is abstract, similar to those which someone may find in a museum, gallery or other public exhibition spaces, users can interpret the art in any way they like. Furthermore, this app is available to the general public, intended for use as is and free (i.e. without monetary cost). Due to the abstract nature of the artwork, this app is overall more appropriate for teens and older depending on their locale. Each user’s OnTheBrink experience may vary depending on his/her device type and model.
The purpose of this page is to inform site visitors and OnTheBrink app users of the Privacy Policy encompassing the use of this app, specifically the collection, use and disclosure of their personal information. The terms presented in this Privacy Policy are the same as the Terms and Conditions listed on the OnTheBrink page on Google Play, unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.
Information Collection and Use
If an individual chooses to use the OnTheBrink app and its affiliated Services, then he/she agrees to the collection and use of his/her information in relation to this policy. - Configuration of the app when using OnTheBrink

OnTheBrink and any related services do not address anyone under the age of 13. Jenny S.W. Lee does not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13. If a child under 13 has provided personal information to Jenny S.W. Lee, then his/her information will be deleted from our servers. If the parent or guardian of the child is aware that his/her child has provided us with personal information, then please notify Jenny S.W. Lee who can take the necessary actions.
